Full rubber tires

If filling tires with foam is not sufficient to protect them from cuts and punctures for your specific use, solid rubber tires provide an effective solution. These tires are immune to punctures and are also available through us.

Known as SE tires (Super Elastic), this designation refers to solid, solid tires that do not require air to function. Designed for use at lower speeds and on slippery surfaces, they offer significant stability and a high payload. In addition, they are characterized by good maneuverability, thanks to the composition of multiple layers of rubber. Solid rubber tires combine the advantages of both solid and air-filled tires. There are different types of solid rubber tires:

2-ply solid rubber tires contain a hard rubber base reinforced with steel wire rings and a thick, wear-resistant top layer. The unique composition and additives to the rubber ensure that these tires are less likely to slip.

3-ply solid rubber tires have an additional, third resilient rubber layer between the base layer and the wear layer, giving them more bounce and stability than their 2-ply counterparts. However, the extra layer can cause the tires to heat up more quickly, which leads to softer rubber and therefore higher wear at higher speeds and loads.

For special requirements, specific solid rubber tires are also available, such as anti-static tires that are ideal for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Oil-resistant rubber tires have been developed for environments where fats and oils are used. In addition, there are non-marking tires that do not leave marks on the floor, which is particularly useful in warehouses, for example.
